Thanks for purchasing our snacks at Wholeberry! Because we sell food products, and due to high shipping cost relative to those products, we don't accept returns except under special circumstances.

We're a family business that responds to customers, and fulfills customer orders ourselves. Please be patient as we resolve your issue.
Damages and fulfillment mistake
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to the food nature of our products, and the high shipping cost, returns are not possible. We may offer store credit depending on the nature of the issue.
Due to fraudulent chargebacks from bad actors, we never accept refunds.
