We work with local farmers in Da Lat, Vietnam to select our passion fruit at peak ripeness every harvest.
Sorted Individually by Hand
Every passion fruit is carefully sorted and inspected by hand to ensure that only the best product makes its way to the next round.
Sliced and Mixed
Next, we slice the fruit and mix it with a splash of apple juice and a hint of sugar to unlock its dynamic flavor profile. The passion fruit puree, seed, and peel are mixed together into a ball of passion fruit essence - aromatic and tart.
Dried and Shipped
Finally, we dry the rounds to seal in its freshness, then ship it straight to a location near you!
